Study Design
Our first step is to define the objectives. At ICT Marketing we do not offer 'black box' or off-the-shelf solutions that can be used for any type of research project. We believe in customising each project in accordance with your needs. This customisation includes defining the size and source of the survey sample, determining the most appropriate research methodology and creating an outline of research objectives.

Questionnaire Design
In order to compile the most precise information available, the questionnaire is developed until a document exists that asks the most appropriate questions. The questionnaire is then exposed to rigorous testing to ensure proper wording and flow. Finally, the document is edited and rewritten to the point where we can guarantee that it is the most appropriate instrument for gathering the information.

Data Collection
ICT Marketing is a full service marketing research company that offers an abundance of expertise and facilities for "in-house" telephone research. The advantage of this method is that we maintain total control of the design, collection, processing and analysis of project data. By keeping the entire project "in-house", clients can be offered superb quality, competitive costing and a timely turnaround. Projects can be programmed and ready to launch within days, providing faster and cleaner data. Supervisors monitor and counsel interviewers, thus assuring the accuracy and integrity of the collected data.

Data Processing
The data processing department at ICT Marketing is responsible for the coding, editing, and processing of research data using SPSS and SNAP for tabulation. By keeping this important phase in-house, our account directors can analyse data creatively and proficiently by communicating their needs directly to the data processing department.

Reporting & Analysis
The interpretation of research data is the most important phase. Data is analysed and compared to the primary objectives, methodology and sample size. Once these tasks have been completed, the account directors work closely with you to determine how the data should be crosstabulated and analysed. Our account directors are proficient in many different forms of data analysis procedures and utilise statistical software and their own experience to provide you with actionable forms of analysis.

The last phase of the marketing research project is the reporting and presenting phase.which our account directors ensure is clear, concise and easily understood. You can expect detailed reports that summarise, define and thoroughly explain survey results. By working closely with you, we will custom design reports and presentations that highlight strategic implications uncovered during data collection and summarise them into conclusions and recommendations.
